Amazon’s virtual assistant is a voice-activated intelligent assistant developed by Amazon called “Alexa”. Alexa is designed to interact with users through natural voice commands and can perform various tasks such as playing music, answering questions, setting alarms, controlling smart home devices and making phone calls, among others.
